In the book, Taylor, talks a lot about meditating to reach permanent "flow". However, I don't have the time to meditate. I'm trying to make time, but for now all it takes is a mindset. I find sometimes, music especially for me, is a great catalyst for heightened awareness: this will be a topic for a future post. It only happens a couple of times in people's lives, if that. :( But yeah, I understand where you're going with this.
